Clear aligners / Invisalign

The Clear aligner technology helps to straighten your teeth with a series of custom-made clear aligners/transparent trays, which are comfortable and practically invisible. Invisalign™ is one such system.

Customized

Aligners are, made to order, precise fitting trays made just for you and will not fit on any other teeth set.

Comfortable

The trays are manufactured from soft transparent/clear plastic for the purpose and do not hurt your soft tissues at all. They are very easy to wear, remove and clean. Plus there are no metal wires or brackets to poke, or tear your mouth and gums!!
|
|
Invisible

Invisalign™/ Clear aligner is practically invisible. Only way people will know about your treatment is if you tell them. So smile confidently.

Easy to use

Invisalign™ has a Blue Dot Wear Indicator, designed to show an estimation of wear-time. The dot is designed to fade to clear over a two-week period if you wear your aligners properly. Because you can take the aligners out, you can brush and floss normally. Plus you can eat anything... means anything, unlike with braces!

PROCEDURE

- 1st Visit: Consultation and records
- During 1st visit, you'll discuss the issues you have with your teeth and what kind of results you would like to see. Once decided that your situation is suitable for Invisalign™/Clear aligner treatment, a treatment plan will be mapped out with your goals in mind. Impressions and pictures of your teeth will be taken for digitization and lab purposes.
- 2nd Visit: Appliance delivery
- Clear aligners will be delivered on the immediate next day from our in-house lab. For Invisalign, it will take about a month’s time approximately to receive the Invisalign Clear aligners as they will be shipped from abroad.

Instructions

Once the aligners are delivered, you are required to swap / change the aligners with the next stage aligner every 3-4 weeks or as the orthodontist instruct. The number of clear aligners varies for each individual situation per arch. You are required to wear your aligners at all times, except while eating and drinking anything except water, in order to complete your treatment in the timeline determined. You will be required to visit back for occasional checkups, to enable us to monitor your progress and to deliver your next set of aligners.

Clear aligners can treat a broad range of dental and orthodontic conditions, which, in the past, were usually treated with traditional braces:
